The diameter conventional specifications of GJQ (X) -SQ-II rubber joint is from DN300 to DN3000.And the ranging in length is between 450mm to 650mm. The maximum elongation displacement is 120mm, maximum compressive displacement is135mm, maximum radial displacement is 90mm, and maximum deflection displacement is within plus or minus 10 degrees. Flange material is Q235.The national standard flange is manufactured in accordance with GB / T 9119-2010. The optional inner layer and an outer layer of rubber categories include: Butyl rubber IIR, neoprene CR, EPDM rubber EPDM, NR, NBRGood select materials, advanced equipment, skillful workmanship, rigorous quality control standards, attractive design and durability. But please keep far away from sharp metal in order to avoid breaking of the rubber body.4)For flanges of other standards or non-standards. It is necessary to be agreed upon separately. Rubber material may be selected according t your requirement.5) Anti-corrosion: EPDM and NBR rubber can bear high temperature and can anti-corrosion.6) Double sphere flange end rubber joint: The rubber body has two bridges.
