Introduction:

We developed slip-on(sleeve type) rubber expansion joint to meet clients' demand in 2002 and replaced the bolt with clamp. The two nozzles of slip-on rubber expansion joint can be easily installed around relevant pipes and the rubber joint and pipe can be fixed by clamps, and loose the clamp for maintenance so as to compensate the displacement resulted from pipes' hot expansion and cold constriction. Compared with other rubber joints, the product has characteristics as follows:

1. Slip-on rubber expansion joint saves flange and bolt and reduces project expenses.
2. Slip-on rubber expansion joint 's nozzle needs no flanging, which simplifies production procedures for rubber joint and saves raw materials.
3. YSlip-on rubber expansion joint implifies installation and maintenance and improves work efficiency.
4. Slip-on rubber expansion joint is made of stainless steel and characterized with erosion resistance.

Diameter: D50-400, installation length shall be designed according to GJQ(X)-DF-I or consumer's demand.
Pressure grade: 0.25MPa-2.5MPa
