Product Performance of Flexible Metal Force-Transferring Dismantling Joint
1, The product is manufactured through welding or metal casting.
2, The loosing part is sealed by echelon ring rubber.
3, Operated by gland and bolt and based on the principle of rubber's elastic deformation under pressure.
4, The seal ring will be deformed and static seal will be done between joint body and expansion pipe wall. 5, Metal and seal ring materials will be selected strictly.
6, High— Strength antifouling paint is painted outside.
7, The joint bolt is made of high— Strength carbon steel or stainless steel.
8, Inside pipe, it becomes available to compensate and release pipe blind plate propulsion and makes it easy to maintain and change pump and valve.
9, It is an ideal matching product for pipe's installation and operation.
Application Range of Flexible Metal Force-Transferring Joint
1, The metal product is functioned with pull and pressure resistance.
2, The metal product is excellent seal performance and easy installation.
3, It is widely used in power, metallurgy, drainage and sewage disposal to connect pump, valve and pipe, etc.
4, It also has some multi-directional displacement.
5, It makes it easy to install and maintain pipes.
However, force-transferring joints shall be used on the pipe corner and pump exit, because, the joints can transfer blind plate propulsion from pump start to pump and pipe through force— Transferring bolt and prevent pull to centralize close to pipe or pump or damage equipment by impact force. Other joints can be selected freely for other positions.

3. Retainer: Carbon steel
4. Sealing: Gaskets material:
For water or Gas: NBR Grade A.
For drinking water: EPDM rubber to BS2494: 1990 Type W.
For drinking water and sewage: SBR Grade
For drinking water and sewage: SBR Grade F.
5. Stud: Galvanized steel., AISI 304 SS
6. Nut: Galvanized steel., AISI 304 SS
