Metal Dismantling Joint Introduction

1) Product Performance of Metal Dismantling Joint

Dismantling Joint is manufactured through welding or metal casting, and the loosing part is sealed by echelon ring rubber.

Operated by gland and bolt and based on the principle of rubber's elastic deformation under pressure, the seal ring will be deformed and static seal will be done between joint body and expansion pipe wall.

According to clients demand and product performance, metal and seal ring materials will be selected strictly.

High— Strength antifouling paint is painted outside and the joint bolt is made of high— Strength carbon steel or stainless steel.

There is some space between body and expansion, so axes and radial displacement will appear.

Inside pipe, it becomes available to compensate and release pipe blind plate propulsion and makes it easy to maintain and change pump and valve.

Therefore, it is an ideal matching product for pipe's installation and operation.

2) Application Range of Metal Dismantling Joint

The metal product is functioned with pull and pressure resistance and excellent seal performance and easy installation.

Hence it is widely used in power, metallurgy, drainage and sewage disposal to connect pump, valve and pipe, etc.

Stainless steel bellows expansion joint is also known as expansion joint or expansions bend. The main body is the bellows (a flexible element), and it is also composed with some accessories like side tubes, brackets, flanges and conduit tube etc. It is a kind of compensation components. By using the bellows affect extensional deformation, to absorb pipe, ducts and containers axial, lateral and angular displacement. It is also widely used for industry noise reducing and shock absorption.
